TachTime (tachtime.app) turns paper aircraft logbooks into searchable digital records. Owners snap photos of their logbook pages, our AI reads every entry, and the platform tracks AD compliance, inspections, and maintenance history. Owners can also chat with the Logbooks to get insights that would take hours in seconds.
Logbooks represent 35 to 45 percent of an aircraft's value, and TachTime protects that value. TachTime was selected for the SUN 'n FUN 2026 Innovation Showcase.
Who we're looking for
Real aviation people, on camera, in real settings:
Licensed pilots (private, commercial, CFI, any rating)
A&P mechanics and IAs
Aircraft owners
Bonus: access to a hangar, shop, or aircraft as a filming location
What you'll create
2 to 3 short vertical videos (30 to 60 seconds each, 9:16, shot on a phone is fine)
Talking-head style: you speaking directly to camera about logbooks, maintenance records, or the app
We'll provide hook concepts and talking points; you make them sound like you, not like an ad read

Requirements
Hold a current pilot certificate or A&P certificate (we will verify)
Comfortable speaking on camera, unscripted delivery preferred
Deliver final edited video plus raw footage
1 round of revisions included

How to apply
Apply with a short note telling us your certificate type and ratings, what aircraft you fly or work on, and a link to any video of you talking on camera (does not need to be professional or aviation-related).
